FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you purchase a 2-month package, you get over a 10 percent discount. There will be a 10 percent increase in rates if the client lives thirty or more minutes away to compensate for time and fuel expense. I offer 30-minute sessions at discounted rates. (Rates to be discussed.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an extensive phone consultation, where I will gather all the appropriate info in order to design a tailor-made program for each customer's specific needs. Fitness training is a progression. After my initial assessment, we start at the current level of fitness of the new customer and progress through a well-structured fitness plan that I deem will best help them achieve their specific goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A good personal trainer should have a nationally recognized certification. I am proud to say that I have had ACE, AFAA, and a few others in my past and am currently AFAA certified. These certifications are good for two years and you must earn continuing education credits to keep them current. I also love fitness so I stay current on the latest info just because I want to.
