Did not totally complete project - which consisted of tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding. The following days I noted that some roots were needing further removal, and one root was not ground out at all. I contacted him about these issues and asked him if he would return to complete those things needing done - i. e. complete grinding of roots below ground level—not sticking out of the ground posing a tripping hazard. He has not returned. For the amount of money I paid him for the job (over $4000) he should complete it to my satisfaction.
