Alan is an outstanding trainer: Attentive, Knowledgeable, patient, and motivational. He helped me lose 17 Lbs; strengthen myself like I never thought I could. Isnt cheap, but it's a worthy investment in your physical health and quality of life.

Bridget trained me in individual and group training for 3 years before relocating. From my first day of working out with her she dedicated time with me first and foremost discussing my fitness goals and health background. Each session we had was rigorous and included a full body workout as well as a one on one stretch afterwards. When I pulled a muscle in my back Bridget created an individual rehabilitation plan for me to do and also performed stretches that got me back in full swing in a month when the doctor told me I would be out for 2 weeks! If we lived in the same city she would hands down still be my trainer!

If you want a real trainer who became a trainer because he loves to help people than this is your guy! He knows what he is talking about (which if you've had other trainers you know this isn't always the case). He will help you push yourself to be a better version of 'you' and will not cause you to harm yourself by pushing you too hard. I once had a trainer who pushed me so hard that my calves cramped up every time I tried to walk for over 5 days. That's not normal! This guy is the real deal and you won't regret having him train you. Wish he still worked at my gym :( and lived closer!!!
Andrew is an excellent trainer. He quickly identifies areas of opportunity and develops routines that not only keep your body confused, but are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Weather it be for weight loss, strength, muscle building, or just overall athletic fitness he is the man. His role goes beyond just the sessions you pay for as he provides support beyond by providing nutritional advice and developing "homework" routines for his dedicated clients. You can't find a better, more personable trainer than Drew, that truly cares about you and your health.
I have severe thyroid and knee issues and Kim did everything she could to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She has been training me from another state which is a fantastic idea. I got numerous food and exercises specifically for me. I haven't ever had someone put in so much effort to make sure I was comfortable. If I ever had a issue Kim made sure we adjusted what I needed done. I would recommend her and Flourish Fitness to anyone looking to either get in shape, learn better nutrition, find out how to work with any health issues you have. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.

I love this gym! I started January and in 2 months lost 10 lbs & 10 inches! For someone who's never really worked out before (other than walking on a treadmill), I'm amazed by the things my body can now do!! I have been very impressed with how Dr. Gampolo runs his practice! Prices are very reasonable and Dr. Gampolo was awesome! During my initial visit with him, he examined my posture (now I’m constantly trying to pull my shoulders back) and my spine. He also spent time getting to know my history, my aches/complaints, and what I wanted out of future visits. I randomly told him about some non-related back pain while we were talking, not expecting any suggestions. Well, he shows me a chart that explains how countless issues with your body actually relate to your spine! (And he wasn’t trying to “sell” me on getting adjustments like other chiropractors have done in the past!) I felt comfortable talking with Dr. Gampolo! I am happy I found my new favorite chiropractor who is so passionate about helping people.
