We are an on-sight property manager for a 115 unit high-rise condominium association. We supervise two maintenance personnel and landscaping professionals and walk the property on a regular basis looking for any problems that can be addressed by the maintenance staff or by an outside vendor if needed. We perform unit sales and leases with proper background checks and accepted procedures. We collect on delinquent accounts and inform owners about reviewable delinquencies.
