⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Lifesaver on a Saturday. We called Soslam because a smoke/Co2 detector right outside our bedroom started beeping every 60 seconds Saturday morning, and our townhouse maintenance told us it was not an emergency and they wouldn’t come until some time on Monday. It was driving us absolutely insane.
He showed up and literally fixed the problem in seconds. The detector was about 11 feet up on the wall and we didn’t have a ladder, so we couldn’t reach it ourselves. He removed it immediately and saved our sanity.

After that, we asked about a few other maintenance issues around the house (blinds, closet doors, vanity drawers). He quickly identified what the problems were and explained how he could fix them whenever we’re ready.

We also asked if he could haul away a pile of boxes and junk from our garage, and he agreed to take care of it on the spot for just a little more than the original estimate, which we really appreciated.

On top of that, he gave us advice on getting the garage into great shape, including removing old mud dauber stains and potentially epoxying the floor.

He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. What started as a small emergency turned into finding someone we’ll definitely be calling again for a full punch list of projects around the house. Thank you!

We hired Sam to do epoxy on walkway and put sealant on our pavers. Sam showed up on time and was such a pleasure to meet in person. He took the time to reconfirm the work that needed to be completed and communicated throughout the job. We are very pleased with how the epoxy walkway looks and our sealed pavers. I received estimates from multiple companies, but Sam stood out for his honesty in his recommendations, his timeliness to provide and estimate and get back to us with a fair price, and his professionalism. We look forward to working with Sam again in the future for more home improvements!

Soslan, Ivan and later Juan completed a job that seemed near impossible in a short time frame, rebuilding a well pump house that the foundation was cracked from being lifted up by a giant oak over decades, along with replacing termite ridden internal beams and siding and trim, and managed to get it all done in time for plumbers that I had hired to install new water equipment, so just a few days managed to get it done, and then hired them to do replace the outside foundation. Things didn't go entirely smoothly, and there were some very stressful moments where I had to go out tell them what I wanted but there were times that had very good ideas on how to get things done, and Soslan did everytihng he could to make it right and even did extra things, and all of them were clean and respectful and kept a clean workplace and would always close the gate when they left. Overall a great job, thank you Sosa, Ivan and Juan!
