- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a somewhat standard pricing system with the price per square foot being the primary make up. The level of difficulty, and materials required to be used will also effect the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we try to get as much information as possible. We do not provide quotes unless we have specific information. We only give accurate quotes and do not add on charges while we are at the property cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with clients just looking to have their pool cage cleaned to the commercial shopping centers, condominium buildings, apartment complexes, and home owner association subdivision cleaning throughout the state of Florida.
