Hello, after our initial conversation about you project, I can usually give you a rough estimated cost for said project. Depending on the scope of work and the value of items, Once on the job if there are additional items I am willing to give a discount.

I have been in the construction market for over 30 years. I have extensive knowledge in Exterior Painting and Waterproofing System. Locating water intrusion problems. I have extensive knowledge in renovating projects including all types of interior and exterior repairs. If there is an area I can not handle I can always refer the proper Professional.
