Introduction

Instead of saying what others do not provide, allow me share a bit of what I bring to the table as part of the coaching relationship. I hold three coaching certifications in addition to having three academic degrees. I served as a pastor for 17 years so I have worked with people who are dealing with a large variety of issues. It is my job to help you perform at a higher level and that is what we will aim to do. I like helping people identify their goals, grasp their current reality, consider their options and make great decisions. Instead of me telling people what to do, through a relationship of mutual discovery you will make the choices that will determine your future.

The pricing is dependent on what you want and how much time it will take. I can give you a good idea after our initial conversation. You will never be surprised as we will talk about options and investments before you are responsible for paying for them.

I get to know the person/people involved and start with a relationship. We discuss the major details and I can get to work on supporting your goals. It is a collaborative process - we work together to accomplish your desired outcome.
