- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the house. The first cleaning is typically a deep cleaning, and after that, I continue with standard cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the client’s needs and expectations, then provide a clear quote and outline what’s included. After scheduling, I complete the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is not required for my field. But I have 10 years of experience, and 400+ clients satisfied.
