My Approach to someone looking for support with their exercise program: My services include a holistic approach to your exercise plan. We look at all aspects that will support your program. Areas include nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, breathing and thoughts. I can help you mentally prepare for each session that you work with your PT. The most important is of course when you eat and what you eat prior and after your sessions. I will also include supplements that I recommend to support your muscle growth and whatever else your goals are. Please bear in mind that the body must be in a good healthy state before exercising as exercise is a stress on the body. I discuss how you can really get the most out of your program and include the right foods that will support your goals whether that be muscle growth, fat loss or gain or if you are just looking for all round health and well-being.
