Hi my name is Jeremy and I’m the owner of Universal Contracting. We are a local roofing & general contracting company that has served the gulf coast of Florida for over 10 years. We have 3 locations on Ft Myers, Sarasota and Tampa. We specialize in all types of residential and commercial roofing systems such as shingle, metal, tile, and TPO. We also offer general contracting services such as framing, painting, drywall, carports, gutters, demo etc….

My roof needed some serious repairs as I had a lot of tiles missing and the color was faded and also had some mold spots which I wanted to clean before I sold my house and get the towels replaced as well. Universal contracting was at my property the Same day, give me a quote and by that Friday I had already started working on my roof. The roof looks so new after they finish it all the tiles that were missing were replaced. I was able to Sell my home immediately! Thank you for such a great job. I know the new owner is gonna love it! If I ever need help with the roof again, I know who to call!

From tarping our roof right after hurricane Ian to replacing our new roof, they were the best. Very courteous and they notified us days before they did any work so we were aware of what to expect. I would use this company again. Our representative Connery was the absolute best.
