Charles mounted our TVs, and we couldn’t be happier with his service! From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, advising us on what type of TVmounts to purchase so we could get great quality without spending too much.
He originally came to mount 2 TVs, but we ended up asking him to mount a third one as well. He didn’t have an extra mount with him, so he actually went to the store to purchase a third mount, along with additional hardware to make sure our biggest TV was mounted safely and securely.
While working, he discovered that there was brick behind our drywall, which made the installation more challenging. Thankfully, he came fully prepared with all the tools he needed and was able to handle it without a problem. He even purchased what was needed to hide the cords inside the wall, making everything look much cleaner and, most importantly, keeping the cords out of reach and less tempting for our toddler to pull on.
He was also incredibly patient and understanding with our toddler running around while he worked 😂, which we really appreciated.
We are SO happy we booked him. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and gives great advice without trying to make you spend more than necessary. He truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
