FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $75 per hour for private lessons and $15 per public class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new client, we access what their physical, mental and emotional goals are. We talk about any injuries they have had in their life, what their background is in sports and how we can move forward in our training. We go over what blocks they might be having and how my services will help them to overcome these obstacles. I will have them do simple exercises and lead them through a short flow to see how their body moves. Then we will talk about how often we should meet, and what I expect for them to do during the time we don't meet. This will build clear expectations of how long we will work together and when I think they will achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained for 200 hours in aerial yoga, 36 hours in active isolated partner stretching, 30 days intensive in improvisational movement and speaking, kundalini yoga and vinyasa flow. I have done 5, 3 month life coaching programs which helped me in organizing my life, business and teaching others to do the same.
