Amanda is the best trainer I have ever had. I am here in Florida as a travel RN and her beach workouts have been awesome. She is so flexible , knowledgeable, and professional. She has been a fantastic trainer and has definitely met my needs for getting back into physical fitness. I had not worked out routinely in years especially since Covid. She attentively listened to my physical fitness concerns as well as my hesitations. I was insecure about the shape I was in but she made me feel super confident that I can hit my target. Amanda crafted a work out plan to meet my goals . She is extremely knowledgeable regarding nutrition and physiology. I am going to miss her when I leave Florida.

Amanda makes the workout experience not only enjoyable but easy to follow. The individualized approach coupled with her knowledge, make it possible to achieve goals. Amanda is an outstanding trainer. She met me where I was and created a plan specifically tailored to my abilities and goals. When we started, I had balance, strength, and weight issues. (Honestly, I was out of shape, pretty weak, and all but wobbling.) Amanda customized a plan for me, then worked with me to slowly build endurance, strength, and better habits overall. The result? I've gained strength, lost weight and lost inches. Ten inches. TEN TOTAL INCHES! Wow! And I'm lifting 15 pounds! That may not sound like much, but I started unable to lift weights at all. Bonus? I can lift the weight AND maintain my balance at the same time! Training with Amanda is the best gift I've ever given myself.

Working with Amanda has been a life changing process and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I was feeling sluggish and unhappy with the way I looked and felt, so I decided to try something new. Amanda started perfectly at the place I was comfortable and has completely changed my ability to push harder and harder. What I like best is that she met me where I was and over time we have tried different workouts and pushed when it felt right and slowed down when needed. Amanda listens to exactly what you need and are capable of and builds a unique workout plan for you. Not only do I feel healthier, I feel stronger and have never felt better about the way I look. My new found strength is my favorite benefit of working with Amanda but the 40 pound weight loss doesn’t hurt either. I would suggest Amanda to anyone ready to make a change and feel better.
