I had just moved into my house and getting everything settled in when i realized I had a roach problem going on in my kitchen. Samuel was not the first company I had out called out to try and solve my my problem. The first company just came sprayed my kitchen and said I would be good. So over the next few weeks my roach problem just continued to get worse. So when I got ahold of Samuel I explained what I had been through already. He came out for a free inspection and figured out the correct way to get rid of my roaches. He treated my whole kitchen and bathroom. He also treated around my house on the outside to stop anything new from trying to get in as he explained. He came back in two weeks to see how things were going. They were doing alot better. He did a second treatment to my kitchen at that time and since then I have been roach free since then. I now use Samuel on a regular basis to keep me covered from any future outbreaks that could happen. I would definitely recommend to anyone that would be in need of this type of service.

The professional who came to my home was punctual, explained what he was going to do and made recommendations for a regular bi-monthly servicing. I did not give the 5 stars because I wont know for a few weeks if the pest problem is truly resolved.
