• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Usually $15 per visit for first pet, and $2 per visit for each additional pets, but we give local discounts and "weekday regulars" discounts, also

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We will come to your home, at no charge, to meet the pet(s) before we do any pet sitting, to learn routine, and know any medications, if needed.
