We are seeking a company to periodically service and maintain our commercial building (8) HVAC systems. As a medical laboratory, these systems must be kept up as certain rooms must maintain their set temperatures. Although we are a new client, we are off to a strong beginning. They have scheduled us promptly and serviced our systems. During their routine service inspection, they found one unit needing a secondary pan installed, something a previous company had failed to do. Some of our filters were fine; others needed changing. I was shown the filters and kept in the loop. Their pricing has been fair and reasonable.

B&M gave me excellent service on my HVAC needs. For over a month my unit had been struggling to cool my home and was making a labored sound from the outside unit. After contacting the company on thumbtack, they responded within minutes and set a time to come out later in the day to service the unit. The tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue on the outside unit. The manager Sergio gave me a fair quote and replaced what was needed outside. The following day I noticed that my unit still could not keep up with the cooling needed. I again contacted Sergio and he quickly responded that they would come the following morning to assess what the issue was with the inside unit. They arrived as promised and quickly assessed the myriad of issues that needed to be addressed to get me back in business. The unit was prepared and both times not only was the offer fair for the price to repair the unit but they also never charged a fee to come out and do the assessment.
