Keith Hansen is a true professional. I have very little experience with weight training and I am 65 yrs old. Keith has really excelled in challenging me physically and yet keep me from hurting myself and too sore to meet our next appointment. It is rare to find someone who is so fit and well informed who can look at your short comings and make you feel so good about learning something as challenging as core training. I have been training with Keith for a couple of months now to prepare for my first power-lifting competition. Keith is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness, including diet, as well as competition and Olympic style lifts. His program is consistently challenging and produces noticeable results in a very short time period. He is a good trainer and a good guy. I was skeptical to use the services of a trainer as I see myself as an athlete and some trainers that I have contacted in the past seemed "in worse shape than I", so I could not take their advice as seriously as I do Seriously Strong Training. Keith is the real deal and is much more than some "meathead" than can pick up heavy things. He knows the science of muscle memory and control and has been a great help.Jun 1, 2015Verified
Having trained with Keith previously I knew he was a solid guy and quite knowledgeable when it came to fitness. After losing touch with Keith due to unforeseen circumstances and falling off the fitness wagon, I happened to meet back up with him at a very trying time in my life and am now not only getting back into the very best shape I can be but I am also growing leaps and bounds not only physically but mentally as well. Keith and SST is awesome. I can't say enough good things. Over the course of the last year working with Keith, I've made great strength gains and have totally recomposed my body.
