- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know the difference between cost plus, value engineering, and lump sum. Most importantly that all pricing be attached to a scope of work that paints a picture in words with only one interpretation of the work to be preformed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with every prospective customer, and review ideas and thoughts for the project. Then provide information of how to achieve their goals, discuss the advantages and disadvantages to various ways to accomplish the project. Allow the customer to be in control of their dreams. I provide a Professional Construction Value Engineering review, cost Analysis to determine the return on their investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My knowledge is a lifetime of hands on construction with a college education and union schools certifications in addition to a multitude of training and certification from manufacturers.
