If however, you want real deep dive coaching that will lead to lifelong change I'm your guy. Because knowing what to do and doing it 30, 60, 90, 120 days in a row are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS. (I work with weight loss, higher level cutting/bulking, "toning up", every goal). **PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU ARE READY TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION. You hire a coach for great motivating live training, the step by step gameplan, knowledge (specific for YOU), accountability, and adjustments. This is not rocket-science but there are a lot of moving parts. Here's how we will set you free. You won't need me or anyone else after we are done (this is not open-ended). 1️⃣ Complementary Intro- A 30 minute 1-on-1 so that every part of the program matches the goals you have. The process while similar, is slightly different for each individual. 2️⃣ Nutrition Coaching- A step by step process building your HABITS from the ground ⬆. Simple changes-EDUCATION-Fine Tuning-Accountability= Freedom from "dieting" and the yo-yo cycle 3️⃣ Comprehensive training including live remote sessions, fully programmed diy workouts (so you build habits along the way) and education on how to sustain for the rest of your life. 4️⃣ Weekly Live Health Coaching- Because the worst thing is getting a "mealplan" pdf and being expected to follow for the rest of your life (not gonna happen). We'll also cover every aspect including hydration, meal prepping, supplementation, morning routine, EVERYTHING. Live and personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching is arguably more important than the training sessions! P.S. Don't ever ever just "start training" with someone with no goal, benchmark, or structure in place. You can do better! ;) PLEASE don't hire someone to only train you, count your reps, and/or hand you a food list. Get holistic and comprehensive coaching so you can be successful for real this time.

The price was in my range and was involving both nutrition and exercise coaching. I admit I was skeptical since it was online and workouts over zoom. To my surprise, it’s teaching me to exercise on my own at home without going to a gym, yet learning the proper form to safely do the excersize. I just throw in my own cardio with a brisk walk, bike riding, etc. NOW, let’s talk about Patrick’s ability AND knowledge to teach you on how your brain, food and body work together. He has opened my eyes to why my previous attempts to ‘Diet’ failed. Once you find out the ‘why’, it’s truly eye opening and you start to realize you can actually fix the years of wrong misconceptions with his guidance based on scientific facts. And guess what, not by starving. I’ve been on his program for 7 weeks… I lost 18 pounds!! Cravings for ‘junk’ food have dramatically dropped for me and positive habits and routines are becoming my norm. I will admit I was overwhelmed at first, but once I caught on (through Patrick’s patience) I actually started to self monitor my intake and actually know what I should eat and why I should eat different foods to achieve my daily goals. Patrick has provided tools and resources for every step/phase of my weight loss journey so far. His plans are flexible/adaptable to my work/home schedule too! PWC truly has been worth every cent spent and every pound lost so far. I’m looking forward to my future healthy self🥰

Me and my wife have lost a total of 134 lbs. This has not only changed our lives but our kids’ lives as well. We now feel like we are setting a great example for them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. The support we got was unmatched. We did live training with Patrick but the nutrition and lifestyle coaching was what really sets him apart. The accountability and step by step guidance was awesome. We wake up in the morning with more energy and ready to face the day; looking in the mirror is a lot more fun too!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Patrick. I’ve lost 20 lbs. lbs in 4 months which was a lot for me! He’s very knowledgeable and makes me feel confident that I’ll maintain my results and not fall back into my old ways. I was worried about what the workout experience would be via zoom, but it’s been awesome and I’ve learned a lot on the nutrition side. I’m overall feeling relaxed and excited. Thank you Patrick! Coach Patrick is always positive and encouraging! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, he stays up to date on the research so he can give you the best information. He helped me with chronic digestive issues I’ve had for years by recommending the supplements that I needed, it’s made a huge impact! Would absolutely recommend working with Patrick, no matter your starting point.
