Introduction: I provide either private or classroom like yoga instruction of the Hatha type. This includes breathing techniques, stretching, poses and final relaxation.
I adjust each student and utilize aromatherapy oils. This instruction can be for beginners or more experienced yogis and yoginis. Modifications for asanas are provided. This can be either at your place or mine.
I am certified and have taught over 1000 hours. The instruction can be tailored to your needs.
