FPG is the only Property Management Company for all of my rentals. Emails are returned very quickly. Reporting is accurate and timely. Monthly account deposits are two days earlier than my previous management company. They go out of there way to save you money on repairs, making only the necessary ones and charging the tenants for should be their responsibly. Rob and FPG truly WORK for you, the property owner. I highly recommend them.

Dixie has done a great job in identifying qualified tenants on quick notice. She salvaged at least 2 months lost rent when my other property management group failed to inform me that my previous tenants had moved out. Dixie came in a really took charge, cleaning up from the previous tenants and securing new ones. I would recommend Dixie to others looking for a reliable and hard working manager.

    Ralph is the most responsive property manager I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with the tenant in my property with a roof leak that was pretty extensive causing a lot of stress for the tenant. After hearing this Ralph got on the phone and got me 3 quotes that helped me decide the best route I should take. I am very pleased with this service and would offer it to anyone that needs property management.

    When visiting the States from overseas, found the house in desperate need of repair, and decided to put it on the market. Was going back overseas in a few days, so needed someone to manage the project and the eventual sale or rental of the house. Found Kiehn Realty on Thumbtack, specifically Elden Alvarez, who responded right away. I can't say enough good things about the experience from that point forward. Elden was able to manage all aspects of the eventual sale of the property, including some serious city council issues, of which he attended meetings and spoke on my behalf, in the evenings no less. This was not a typical property management project! It was complicated from the start, and Elden managed it all with expertise, common sense, understanding, and professionalism. The price he negotiated for the house was right on target, and a contract for the house was written while repairs were still under way. Elden was able to find the right contractors for the repairs, and kept in constant contact with me throughout, even though I was less than responsive because of the time zone differences and amount of hours I work. I highly recommend Kiehn Realty, specifically Elden Alvarez, for any property management or realty needs you may have; you will not find a more trustworthy person. This exemplary first experience bodes well for both Thumbtack and Kiehn Realty. Thank you very much, Elden, for all of your hard work, professionalism, and dedication!

      Linda is professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about the real estate and rental market in the South Tampa area - we have not only used her services for buying a condo, but have recommended her to three other family members who all had the same positive experience as us. When she offers an opinion, it is always well thought out and considers every angle from our point of view. Without her, we would not be able to manage our property from a distance.

      PMI Tampa is outstanding. They can take over the management of a property and take away the headaches. No more rent collection, dealing with vendors, or getting late night phone calls from tenants. They handle all of that! They're the only property managers in Tampa I would use!

        For almost twenty years we have had no fewer than four property management companies manage our six single family homes in Holiday and New Port Richey, Fl. On first look, one may ask—why so many companies? What happened? Can't you find just one to satisfy all your management needs and stick with them, thereby creating a long-term relationship? Well... guess not! Our track record does not indicate that. We think what happened can be summed up in just a few words; broken promises and commitments, lack of knowledge of the rental markets, the mistaken notion that collecting rents automatically makes them a property manager, and poor ability of tenant selection, just to name a few. Adding to the challenge is that we are 2900 miles away on the opposite coast which made it difficult for us to periodically go on site for a first hand look at what is going on with the properties. Hmm... when the cat's away—the rats will create havoc! The final straw was the company we had before we discovered Great Jones... what a boondoggle that company "X" turned out to be! Then, to find a new company, we left no stone un-turned. We were determined to not have that happen again. We interviewed company after company and then re-interviewed them again. Great Jones was a part of this mix of companies. Our first contact was with Christoper Ladd. We both had numerous phone conversations with Christopher. It was actually weeks from the initial contact that we decided to go with Great Jones. Christopher we think was a very decisive factor to go with Great Jones. He was always upbeat, informative, conversant, professional, and consistent. We just got a sense that he was really a good guy and perhaps this reflected the overall environment of Great Jones. We were correct in our assessment. Indeed, we made the decision to go with Great Jones and not long after we became acquainted with Barbie Freire and some of the other staff. They all seemed to represent the same mindset and culture... all very helpful, professional, and cordial. Great Jones has a really good 'IT' framework. Great web technology. Statements accessible online as well as work orders, financial statements, etc. Furthermore, Great Jones has very fair reasonable fees, and very reasonable client/management agreements. Barbie has served mainly as our 'go-to' person and she is always accessible, conversant, and ready to step up with any questions or issues we may have. We really appreciate that. We look forward to having a long-term relationship with Great Jones and we would invite other homeowners to give them a good look should they have a need for a management company.
