Appliance Repair or Maintenance

I had tried my normal repair service but since it was a wine cooler, they said not (I still do not understand that) so after trying two other local companies, I went to Thumbtack and Got Solo. The fellow was prompt, did not take long to diagnose the problem (coolant leaks) and came back on time the next day with eh parts he needed and we are back up and running. Now why was that turned down by others??? Price was right and I didnt have to look for a unit to fit my space, problem solved!

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

Solo appliance was able to diagnose the issue with the refrigerator and provided an update on the cost to fix. Once they got my approval they ordered the parts which came quickly. They were even able to come before our scheduled day to fix it, which was a big relief as our food was starting to spoil. I would definitely recommend them. They are responsive and do a good job!

Appliance Repair or Maintenance

I contacted SOLO on a Sunday and they responded quickly. They ask what I needed and I explained best I could the problem with my appliance and sent photos as well to help. Their availability was very convenient compared to GE (2 wks out for someone to come look at my Appliance). Set an appt with them for a Wed the same week (3 days later). The problem was resolved within a half hour! Excellent Technician and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend SOLO for your Appliance Repairs.
