FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on the type of material, the size of the project, and any custom details the customer chooses. We always offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The estimate includes measurement, cutting, transportation, and installation. In some cases, we can offer special discounts for large projects or for customers who need multiple areas done, like kitchens and bathrooms at the same time. I always recommend requesting a personalized quote to have clarity from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I always start with a consultation to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget. Then, I help them choose the right material — whether it’s granite, quartz, or another option — and take precise measurements of the space. After that, we move on to fabrication and schedule the installation. Throughout the process, I make sure to communicate clearly, answer questions, and keep the customer updated, so everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in Civil Engineering, which has given me a solid understanding of construction, measurements, and structural details. In addition to that, I’ve gained hands-on training specifically in countertop fabrication and installation, working with materials like granite and quartz. My education and field experience allow me to ensure that every project meets both technical standards and aesthetic expectations.
