- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer submits the address and the type of inspection they want on the website. We would then email the client/agent a pre inspection agreement with disclosures to be electronically signed. Customer would make the payment on the website while picking the date and time they would prefer for the inspection. Perform the inspection on the agreed upon time frame. A detailed written report is then sent within 24hrs of the inspection to the client/agent. Easy to read and user friendly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my AA degree from HCC, then my BA from USF. Home inspection education through InterNachi which is the only recognized school by the Dept. of Education in the US. Currently a national member and continuing education through InterNachi. I have worked in most construction trades to be able to understand all aspects of the inspection from different view points.
