The walls had old drywall with cement block behind them, so the original hardware wouldn't work. Throughout the entire process, he remained patient, professional, and determined to do the job the right way. He is truly a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of his work. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. Even though the installation took much longer than anticipated and required considerably more work, he honored his original quote without hesitation.
