- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Device Savers, our pricing system isn't complicated at all. We charge for the cost of the part and labor, that's it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Device Savers we have an in house school called D.I.T, Device Institute Of Tampa, this is where all of our continuing education is held. We keep our Savers up to date on the latest repairs and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are increasingly worried about the kind of world we are leaving behind. We began to think of how we could impact the world in a positive way on a daily basis by doing something we loved, feeling that if we did not attempt to become part of the solution then we would always be an increasing part of the problem. Device Savers an Electronics Repair and Technology Support Company that was founded in Tampa Bay, FL in 2009, by what we like to call ourselves, "Savers". Every member is like family and we all share the same passion when dealing with e-Waste, Repair, and IT Support.
