My typical process for working with a new customer begins with a personalized consultation. During this initial meeting, I take the time to understand your current level of computer proficiency, your specific learning goals, and any challenges or concerns you may have. Following the consultation, I will develop a customized lesson plan tailored to your individual needs and learning style. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to enhance specific skills, my lessons are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace. Once we've established your goals and lesson plan, we'll schedule our sessions at times that are convenient for you. Throughout our sessions, I will provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and support to help you build confidence and proficiency in using computers and technology. My goal is not only to teach you the necessary skills, but also to empower you to navigate the digital world with confidence. Your success and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve your computer literacy goals every step of the way.
