Max was very accommodating to our situation with a rental unit. Shower valve would not turn off. Max spoke with all who were involved, repaired the issue. I wanted to give Max all 5 items, but could only choose 3. Max came to the house to put together all the remaining outdoor furniture we purchased for our new home after neither my husband nor I could stomach doing even one more. I give a discount when a client has more than three tasks to complete. There is also a minimum price, which is 2 hours.
