I had a great experience with this cleaning service! Showed up right on time, were professional, and got straight to work. Even helped adjust a rug under my bed, which I really appreciated. Cleaned the rooms amazing and organized very well. However, there was a small pile of cat poop which we didn’t know about but it was obvious it had been there for a few hours at least because it was dry was left. Husband stated it was kinda hidden behind a chair. Was charged full price even though I was quoted for 4 bedrooms two bathrooms, living room and kitchen and the living room and kitchen was event done. They said it was bad upstairs that’s why they charged the same price but we spent hours cleaning before they came and it was not that bad. The floors were the only thing we didn’t get to as well as a bit of organizing. There was still stuff on the floor that easily came off when I rubbed it (I also have a video of that) I get it was getting late but we can have rescheduled for the other things or at least dropped the price. Wouldn’t recommend.
