After the cleaning service, we had to go through and re-clean the house because a lot of the area was missed. My wife also left her favorite pajama shirt on our bathroom counter and the cleaners used bleach or other similar chemicals. The shirt was either never moved or set back on the the counter without cleaning the chemicals off and caused bleach stains throughout the shirt.

We respectfully disagree with this review.
Your wife personally inspected the home before we left and confirmed that everything looked good. We also explained that if any issue was discovered afterward, we should be contacted so we could address it.
Regarding the shirt, clients are responsible for securing valuable or sentimental personal belongings before a cleaning service. Our team must move items in order to properly clean and disinfect surfaces, especially countertops and bathrooms.
We were originally told this would be a light cleaning. Upon arrival, we found extensive hard water and mineral buildup throughout the bathrooms. The toilets had severe scale accumulation that required hours of additional work to restore. We provided photos showing the dramatic improvement and received positive feedback afterward.
What is particularly disappointing is that instead of raising these concerns immediately, you spent Mother’s Day sending repeated messages regarding the service, despite having previously expressed satisfaction with the results. At no point were we given a fair opportunity to revisit the property and address any alleged concerns.
We stand behind the quality of our work, the results achieved, and the professionalism with which we handled this project.
