This review of well overdue by a week however I couldn’t not give my honest opinion of ID CLEANING SERVICES.I didn’t want to give a rush review, but I had this on my “must do list” once we got settled somewhat in our home since moving after 11 yrs was a serious challenge. I moved into my townhome on 5/31 and to my surprise found out that it had not been cleaned after the prior evicted tenants. By Monday I was searching thumbtack for a deep cleaning, in which I received a prompt response within minutes with detailed information about the company and services offered. I was given the backstory to the company with means a lot since that give me insight to who will be in my home within my personal space. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate and was even advised they would be ready for same day service if I was ready. So, ID CLEANING SERVICES is a Brazilian family owned business, founded and operated by a couple; Isabella & Danillo. My appointment was set for 2pm in which I got a knock on the door at 1:43pm for their arrival. I was impressed about that because not many companies value your time when you’re getting an estimate as I valued theirs for coming out to do the estimate in the first place. They quickly introduced themselves and we went about the home discussing the deep clean process and I was able to just point out things that I wanted to be sure was included which it was. Once we completed the walk through, a price was given in which they confirmed they could start immediately which I was super happy about because I wasn’t comfortable moving in until it was cleaned. They started upstairs in the master/bathroom and worked their way to the 2nd bedroom/2nd bathroom mopping themselves down the stairs and on to the next 1/2 bathroom. From cleaning baseboards to cleaning the fridge, they were a force to be wrecken with. Talk about “tag teaming” 💯 Oh and all this took place while my husband and I worked since we work remotely, they did not question anything, they just got the job done and I must say I couldn’t be more happier with the results. Once they left, I received a text message which really gave me a seal of approval because it lets me know I’m not just a number to the company. I will be using ID CLEANING SERVICES again. Isabella & Danillo, thank you for coming on short notice and providing me with excellent service. To say the least, the diamond fold on the tissue roll is a touch out of the box, which set the standards very high and I thank you both for coming into my home and cleaning it as if it were your own. I truly look forward to booking with you again. So if you’re in the TAMPA area, do not hesitate to use ID CLEANING SERVICES, you won’t be disappointed.
