Ive use Kays time and time again and have always been so happy with their work. Theyre friendly, accommodating, and always go the extra mile. We received a free cleaning from Kays through the Cleaning for a Reason program for cancer patients. Adriana did a great job and was pleasant. She made our bed with fresh linens and worked diligently. The house was clean and smelling fresh when she left. I would note that she didnt speak much English but I was able to minimally communicate with her.

We recently sold our home and hired Kay's cleaning services to do a deep clean prior to showing our house and later to do a move-out cleaning. The house sparkled prior to our showings and we sold in 4 days. One day before final walk-through and closing I booked Kay's to do a move-out service. We were all booked, but one of the cleaners had a death in the family. Kay's team didn't cancel on me but did everything they could to make sure our house was ready for the next day. They rescheduled for an afternoon service, but when they arrived our water had mistakenly been turned off. I was panicked, but Kayky said don't panic, we will get this done before the walk-through, even if we have to arrive early in the morning to do it. Fortunately, we were able to get the water back on in just a few hours and Kay's crew came back at 6:30 that evening and stayed until 11:15 p.m. to get everything sparkling. They didn't rush and paid attention to details, even that late in the evening. Our buyers were so thankful to walk into a clean, sanitized home! We can't thank Kayky and his crew enough for their determination to get everything done on-time and just right!

I had my apartment deep cleaned and Larissa did an amazing job. The attention to detail was impressiveevery room was spotless and I honestly couldnt find a single thing that was missed. She was professional, thorough, and left the place looking better than I expected. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a reliable cleaning company.
