I have never hired anyone to clean my home or even my rentals upon vacancy because I am SO picky about cleanliness...I would say I am truly OCD about it. But due to an injury I was unable to clean my new home before moving in. It's almost 4k sq ft. so I took a chance and hired Dawn. She was the most expensive quote I received but WELL WORTH IT!! She did an absolutely AMAZING job! She and her crew cleaned for almost 13 hours! The house was IMMACULATE! It was TRULY ready for us to move in. She cleaned every cabinet inside & out, the ceiling fans, every nook & cranny, just an absolutely PERFECT job! Finding Dawn has changed my life because I will NEVER clean another rental and I may even treat myself from time to time and have her do my own home. Don't take a chance, if you want your place clean, REALLY clean, call Dawn. You will have NO REGRETS!!!

I would hire Dawn again in a heartbeat, worth every penny. She really takes her time and gets every nook and cranny sparkling. My new tenant moved in the day after Dawn cleaned my rental property and commented more than once on how immaculate the house looked. It makes a big difference when you have excited and appreciative new tenants. Furthermore, Dawn thought of cleaning things that often get looked over such as light fixtures and ceiling fans. She showed up with a comprehensive list of everything that would be done and went above what was promised. Professional and courteous, as well. Thank you!

Dawn and her team were amazing. The house is spotless from top to bottom. They really take the time to cover every part of the house. She even told me about observations she made, like some doors didn't have door stops on them. Thank you for your hard work. We are so excited to move into our clean shiny house. 😊

Dawn was so fantastic and quick to reply! She was also super flexible with my requests and did an amazing job on the house. I don't think I had ever seen it so clean! She went way above and beyond what was expected for such a good price, in a short amount of time. Super friendly and honest too! I will more than likely use her service again and definitely refer her to others! I can't thank you enough!
