- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is based on the areas you need to be cleaned with a minimum time of two hours. If you are requesting to have an entire home, we will quote based on the square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We charge extra for seasonal deep cleaning and have occasional specials. Our clients are able to pay through our automated billing system which makes transactions quick and easy whether you are home or away.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact customers directly to set up an in-person visit to the home to see the scope of the job. Once we have had time to review the job details, we phone the customer back with a price. After acceptance, the cleaner and the client set up a mutually agreed time to clean which is typically every other week unless otherwise decided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have been hired based on their experience and skills. They are provided access to a three-point training program that provides details on customer service, cleaning techniques, and tools and materials needed for the job.
