They did a great job on cleaning my apartment for my move out. I have an elderly parent and their bathroom is always a challenge but it was cleaned to pristine! Would use again if I’m in the area.

I had a great experience with Andrea from ShinyNest Cleaning! I booked on a Monday and had a service the same Thursday. Both Andrea and the company rep on Thumbtack were super informative, provided clear pricing for square footage/room types and add-on services, and were quick to reply to my questions!
The day of service, Andrea arrived 15 min early and mentioned she liked to arrive early in case the address is hard to find. We did a quick walkthrough and Andrea and I had clear communication about what was to be done for the cleaning service. She brought all necessary equipment and was very kind.
Andrea did a clean of almost our whole 1200 sqft 2 bed 2 bath apartment (minus 2 closets and 1 bathroom per my request). She did everything within 6 hours and was super detailed in the master bathroom as well as with the living room flooring which had multiple stains thanks to our cats. She was able to vacuum the carpets of the bedrooms and leave them super clean (there was a lot of cat hair stuck to the carpets before her visit). Andrea left all our windows, windowsills, blinds, and baseboards spotless! Same with our microwave and oven which I added on to the service.
I am really impressed with ShinyNest and plan to use their services again in the future! Well worth the price and helped me feel worry-free and satisfied.
