Simpson Cleaning did an excellent job! There were. few hard to clean places and she made them look like new. I highly recommend her services. I will be hiring her again.

The Worker was pleasant. I appreciated that she was able to arrive 1 day earlier than originally scheduled. Most of the house was cleaned to my satisfaction, but I have some concerns with certain things: 1) The guest bathroom tub wasn't cleaned. I don't know how that could have been missed 2) There was a part on my stove that belonged to something, but I didn't know what. I had to ask her. She told me where the part came from, but never attempted to place it back. Also, she did not place the racks back into the same spot they were in, inside of my stove. 3) Rather than wash the few dishes that were around the sink, she simply placed the dirty dishes into the sink. Being that I expected her to stay for 4 hours and she stayed for about 3, there was plenty of time to wash so few dishes 4) She told me she was finished, and then said "goodbye" before I even inspected her work 5) She and the person assisting her wore shoes the entire time. I don't understand how you can clean floors "deeply", wearing shoes that brought dirt into my home from the outside. I will have to mop the floors now, as I don't allow shoes to be worn in my home. I have "booties" to put over shoes, or a person can take his/her shoes off. The previous cleaning person always cleaned barefooted. I didn't think I needed to ask for anyone to do that. I paid extra to have my floors deep cleaned. 6) There was still trash located in certain areas on the floor, mainly in the guest bathroom. I will have to vacuum and mop the floors now. 7) It didn't seem that the Worker had the details of what I requested via the Thumbtack app. I paid extra to have my stove and refrigerator cleaned, but the Worker wasn't aware of this. If I didn't mention anything, neither would have been cleaned. I won't be using this service or Thumbtack in the future. I feel like I wasted $227, when there were other Services I researched and could have used.
