- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and the condition of the property. Every job is different, so I like to provide free estimates to make sure customers receive fair and honest pricing. I work hard to offer quality service at reasonable rates, and I always focus on making sure the job is done with care and attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first learn more about the cleaning needs, the size of the space, and the type of service requested. After that, I provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. On the day of service, I arrive ready to work hard and make sure the space is cleaned carefully and thoroughly. My goal is always to leave every home or business fresh, comfortable, and looking its best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience providing residential and commercial cleaning services, including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in and move-out cleaning. Over time, I have learned the importance of attention to detail, organization, and using the right techniques to keep spaces clean and well cared for. I continue learning through experience with different homes, businesses, and customer needs.
