FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is set by the size of your home, not by the hour, so you know the number before anyone shows up. Bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage set the price and you see it while you book. Nothing is estimated on the doorstep. Recurring plans save 20 percent weekly, 15 percent every two weeks and 10 percent monthly. That rate is stored with your plan, so it does not drift upward later when our list prices change. First visits are always a Total Reset, our 60-point deep clean. It costs more than an ongoing visit because it is a much bigger job, and starting from a genuinely clean baseline is the only way an ongoing plan holds up. Add-ons such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows or baseboards are priced individually and shown before you confirm. There is no sales tax in our markets, no trip fee and no supply fee. Change or cancel a visit with 24 hours notice and there is no charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You book online in a few minutes, pick your day and an arrival window, and we save your card to hold the spot. We do not charge it then. Your first visit is always a Total Reset, our 60-point deep clean, because an ongoing plan only stays on top of a home that started clean. Every visit after that is the 50-point standard at your recurring rate. On a recurring plan you get the same professional each time. That is enforced by our dispatch system, not just intended. You get your arrival window in writing, a text when your cleaner is on the way, and before and after photos of every room when the job is finished. If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours with a photo and we come back and redo that area at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every professional works to one written standard: 50 documented points on a standard clean, 60 on a deep clean and 70 on a move-out. The core 50 are written out for our cleaners in both English and Spanish, so nothing is left to interpretation. Getting on our roster takes ten steps. A written application. An automated pre-screen against our mandatory requirements. A recorded phone interview. A knowledge assessment they have to pass. Signed compliance documents. Government photo ID verification. An in-person interview with our team. Only after passing that in-person interview do we order a national criminal background check through Checkr. Then a commercial general liability certificate, read and verified before their first job. Then ongoing quality review on every single job they work. Every active professional on our roster today has a cleared background check and a current verified insurance certificate on file. No exceptions, and we check expiry automatically.
