Introduction: I focus on each individual person and their therapeutic needs. I have three years of clinical massage experience, including flushing toxins from the body, and improving the functions of all body systems, increasing ROM, breaking down tissue adhesions, and reducing pain. We all suffer from repetitive stress injuries (RSI). If it's from everyday life, work and/or family and children, I can help educate you on helping yourself improve your activities of daily living and pain reduction. Through deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching, I can definitely help you become a more flexible, happy you!
