They showed when I really needed debris removed that was not picked up by the city prior to the arrival of Hurricane Milton. Responsive, and did two pick-ups for me same day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I'm doing a move there's a standard pricing 60hrs with a 2 hr minimum plus a 79.99 truck fee. When we are doing furniture pick up and drops pricing can be negotiable
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I introduce myself. I get the job done as I'm working I always inhale conversation with customer for security and a vibe

I have been moving for about 10 years now. After that much time you learn tricks on how to make the job easier and work for you.
