I have to say, I've hired several cleaning companies to come and clean my home, but they all fell short in one area or the other. I gave up. I hurt my neck a week ago and have not been able to keep up with the housework. My Mother in Law was coming in town and I needed to get my neck well for a trip I was taking out of town. So, I had to break down and hire someone to clean the house. Lori and her her assistant Patricia did a fantastic job on deep cleaning my home. Not only did they clean everything that I expected and didn't expect, but Lori also asked me to inspect what they have done and let her know if there is anything that I want cleaned that they missed. I did go back through and found a few minor items and Lori was extremely gracious about going back and cleaning those items. To be honest, one of the items was missed was because she had to skip something to wait for me to clear out some things that needed to be put in my storage closet. Again, they went back through and made sure I was happy. Since my husband and I work from home we were here the whole time. My husband who is notorious for leaving behind a mess decided to cook lunch in the kitchen on the stove they just cleaned. When Lori and Patricia was done, Patricia had gone back over the stove to clean what my husband left behind. Lori left my house in tip top shape and I feel no stress whatsoever over having a clean home! I will say that Lori was not the least expensive house cleaner that responded to my ad, but her reviews and her response to my request stood out. I was fed up with the house cleaners that made big claims for low cost as I always felt disappointed. You get what you pay for.

BFF Cleaning Services are true professionals. I definitely recommend them! They arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I love that they were timely, efficient, and very thorough. Angie is an angel! She cleaned and organized my place and made it look brand new. She took a huge burden off of me trying to tackle everything myself. She communicated well throughout the whole process and she is worth every penny. I will definitely use her services again soon.
I needed a move out clean. I was living in a two story townhouse with two large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 small bedroom, a living room and a den. It was a lot of house to clean considering I have two dogs, but I did upkeep it well on my part. Nevertheless, it's a lot to do by yourself. Hiring Donna was the best decision I could have made. As I was cleaning out the garage and still moving stuff out of the townhouse, she got everything done. I would have been fine with her taking a lunch break, but she powered through like a robot. She was friendly pleasant to have a conversation with. It actually felt like I've been friends with Donna forever even though I just met her. She went above and beyond what I had requested without charging anything additional. I would definitely consider rehiring her in the future, and I would definitely recommend her. I was so stressed out with this move because my life is already so hectic, that trying to find time to clean this place out and still being in boxes at my new place was wearing on me. I have never used thumbtack or any cleaning services before in the past. I've always been skeptical hiring someone knowing I can do an amazing job, and wouldn't want to pay to get less of a job than what I could do. But Donna, she is your girl! Thanks Donna! We called upon Angela to clean our house after we moved out. Every aspect of dealing with Angela was perfect. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m SO glad I had Nancy come to my house to help me organize my storage room! She helped me work out a system for my summer and winter clothes so I could easily switch them over when the weather changes (and since they are all in clear boxes I can see where everything is in the mean time!) She even helped me figure out some clothes to donate to Salvation Army. I will definitely book her again for wardobe consulting now that I know she’s good at that too. Thank you Nancy!

Having ADD, which for me means difficulty tackling tasks requiring organization, my home office was a giant jumbled mess. While I have wonderful office furniture it was covered with stuff so no clear working surface. My brain could not see an approach to clearing the clutter. Tried unsuccessfully many times and things always seemed to get worse. Elizabeth and I volunteered together at a local non profit, so I knew her. She'd been the chair for 2 large and very successful fundraisers for SMART. She was doing the first ones ever done for SMART which means she had not one 'cheat sheet' no notes or pattern from a former chairperson. She could handle my office after doing those! The minute I saw her posting on FB about this new business of hers, my first thought was how fast could I get ahold of her to get started! We began slowly with assessing 'where I wanted to go', how I deeply organized did I wish to become. When Elizabeth didn't back out of my office I breathed a sigh of relief! She and I tackled one area at a time in 3 hours windows. PERFECT FOR ME! If memory serves me correctly we had 3 or 4 sessions. When the 'big pieces' were gone we discussed the best filing method to keep me on track. As a matter of point, I should say those 'big pieces' ended up being 44 lbs of documents needing shredding - thank heavens for Staples! In my opinion, the session setting up the filing system was crucial. Quite literally piece by piece of paper we determined where each item would go making it easy for me to keep it up in the future. The files had to make sense to me for me to even begin to keep it up! Elizabeth and I worked through all of it. With my new filing system in place, old documents removed and destroyed I am good to go. Now when papers, mail, documents come I have a place for them. Most importantly, I have kept my office immaculate for 2 months now! Elizabeth & I worked out appointment times easily and also, just as importantly, the length of those appointments. Too long is not good! She has a wonderful way of breaking down what was to me an overwhelming gianormous project into smaller more manageable tasks And to say she's easy to work with is an understatement. From start to finish Elizabeth performed beyond my expectations!
I had a room piled with stuff that I needed to do something with since my move. I kept planning on doing it but it got to overwhelming and I never it. I saw the add for " organize totally" and decided to give it a try....I am so glad I did. Lynn came in and did a great job! Sometimes you just need help. Everything is organized and I have an extra room that I haven't been able to use in years. She is fantastic!
They give me the opportunity to help my parents from another state. Did more and worked longer than expected. I do not regret hiring Immaculate cleaners.
