For my birthday I requested lasagna and Uppity Kitchen exceeded my expectations!! This meal had a wonderful depth of flavor. It wasn’t too soupy or too dry, held together perfectly, and excelled in texture as well as presentation. After a few bites, I was instantly craving another slice! My tastebuds have been elevated and I can’t wait to try more dishes from Uppity Kitchen!! 10/10 experience
