- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay abreast of the latest ideas and trends by means of books, internet and TV. The internet is probably the best source, although books are my personal favorite ... I buy them, read them and refer back to them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Food is what I know best, but not only that, I love working with it, creating the right menus for my clients. Although we have a lot of menus on our website, we still custom make menus for our clients at no extra cost to them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On a daily basis we serve a number of offices with breakfast, lunch and meeting platters. We supply the Home Shopping Network of platters on a daily basis, also catering for celebrities on their shows, like Martha Steward, Todd English, Queen Latifah, J Lo, Mariah Carey, to name a few. We also do weddings, from as little as 30 people. Other functions that we do a lot of are school graduations, high school dances, senior dinners and similar events.
