Allie is hands down the greatest trainer I have ever had & undoubtedly exceeds all expectations. I’ve never felt stronger, both physically & mentally, healthier, and, happier than I’ve felt since I’ve been training with her. She is a trainer that learns to know your strengths better than you do and helps you break personal records without compromising your health. Allie has always provided me with challenging workouts that are also fun and the results speak for themselves! Not only have I gained muscle, I have gained an outlet to release stress and feel better overall. I can’t imagine training with anyone but her; highly recommend!

Allie was my personal trainer for about a year and she helped me improve my form when exercising, made sure to always provide alternate exercises when dealing with pain or discomfort from previous injuries. Her personality is great, she really takes the time to get to know her clients and encourages you to improve and pushes you hard to get better but pays close attention to detail and weight to prevent injuries. Her group classes were very fun and I enjoy them, along with her dance classes as well even though I make a fool out of myself on them lol. Overall, I highly recommend Allie as a fitness profesional, she loves her profession and will have your back!

ALLIE IS THE BEST! We hired Allie to do a hip hop class for a bachelorette party and she made the entire weekend! She asked what songs we would like to dance to and made the most amazing choreography! She was so fun and patient teaching our group! It was the best activity for our group and we performed Allie’s dance all weekend long!

Allie is amazing to work with! She’s fun, energetic, and very talented. I started taking private hip hop lessons and I hadn’t even realized she was creating the choreography from scratch! The routines are great and I’ve already learned a bunch. It’s a great workout and has been a great way to start the morning. I definitely recommend Allie, she’s awesome! 😄

    I have personally experienced how physical movement can benefit mental health & overall wellbeing - I became a personal trainer and dance teacher to share this with others!

    I have worked with men & women of all ages & fitness levels. I have worked with many different injuries, and I have helped clients correct postural & muscle imbalances & compensations.
