    Nan has a variety of tools that she uses in her exercise sessions. Exercise balls, medicine balls, weights, floor ladder, bicycles and bands are just a few. On Saturday Mornings when the weather is pleasant, we power walk or jog to Corona Park. Suddenly the park is a gym and Nan has us working out wherever her imagination takes us! Her workouts have such positive results. I always thought that exercise was something I had to do but with Nan's class it truly is a lot of fun. Thanks Nan for keeping me moving!!!!!

    Nan is not only a great trainer, but a wonderful, warm human being. I enjoy her classes very much and they have benefited my health. Having suffered from lower back pain episodes prior to Nan's classes, I have been pain free for months.

    Finding the right personal trainer is the key to a successful weight loss fitness program. Nan will give you that and much more. She offers personal training (individual/small group exercise classes, diet counseling, goal setting, support and encouragement) for a reasonable fee and a flexible schedule to fit your needs. It may be difficult to imagine all of this being fun, but in a group setting with Nan’s encouragement, the fun includes warm-up exercises, followed by a mix of cardio, weights, balance and stretching, all designed for core development. You might find us in her gym, at a nearby playground, or pounding the pavement in the neighborhood because it mixes up our routine and it never gets boring. Our group has become popular with the "over fifty" crowd, but it's the youngest group of oldies I've met in a long time.So just do it!!! 2013 is a new year to make a commitment to yourself to become healthier and happier. An easy way to make that goal a reality is to join our group at Fun Fitness by Nan. It might be difficult to imagine having fun while exercising and saying ‘no” to favorite foods, but join us and you’ll find it’s true.

    Besides being fun, she keeps the classes fresh by doing different routines and engaging the whole body. We actually smile while "glistening".


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep Fitness Fun!! Move more, eat less! Need a little extra help getting things going? I suggest finding a personal trainer, or group fitness class to help motivate you to put down the chips, get off the couch and get moving!! I did it, and you can do it too!!
