Nan has a variety of tools that she uses in her exercise sessions. Exercise balls, medicine balls, weights, floor ladder, bicycles and bands are just a few. On Saturday Mornings when the weather is pleasant, we power walk or jog to Corona Park. Suddenly the park is a gym and Nan has us working out wherever her imagination takes us! Her workouts have such positive results. I always thought that exercise was something I had to do but with Nan's class it truly is a lot of fun. Thanks Nan for keeping me moving!!!!!Jan 30, 2014

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Keep Fitness Fun!! Move more, eat less! Need a little extra help getting things going? I suggest finding a personal trainer, or group fitness class to help motivate you to put down the chips, get off the couch and get moving!! I did it, and you can do it too!!
