I have worked with Jay since 2018 and could not have asked for a better trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, always a pleasure to work with and has always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions. In preparations for a show, Jay helped me lose 40 pounds. I could not have done it without him and his guidance. Cannot recommend Jay enough.

I began working out with Jay in March of 2018. We did two sessions a week that lasted between 20 and 30 minutes each, he also helped me change my eating habits dramatically. By August I was down over 50 pounds - from 226 to 170. Is it easy? No. But Jay knows his stuff and is a great coach if you truly want to lose weight, build muscle and change your life around.

Hey there everyone. I'm giving this review the maximum that i can because it has so far met everything I've been looking for in a personal trainer. He has helped me motivate myself, put me on diet to help achieve my goals. Some very important aspects to note. He is very flexible in training times. Because my work schedule is crazy I always have last minute changes. He does a great job to accommodate my schedule. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and fitness. * Before BioFit I was a gym rat who's motivation and self esteem was declining because of lack of results. Now with the training. I feel discipline about what I eat. I don't wake up tired anymore, I have more energy. Ok that's it. 😁

    I write for a medical magazine called Lower Extremity Review. My articles are about rehabilitating and preventing lower body injuries and exercise science.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don’t only focus on the way someone looks as proof they are a good trainer and possess knowledge of exercise science. Genetics play a large role in an individuals response to exercise and many people who developed an impressive physique actually have no clue how they did it. It happened naturally.
