$32 per session. Each session is 1 - 1 1/2 hours of training.

Client consult is the first step. Let’s talk about your goals. All clients have different fitness goals which require different planing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learned to train since freshman high school. I always had a personal trainer/strength conditioning coach throughout football and rugby years from high school to college. I do CrossFit 2-3 days a week with strength training 4 days a week
