First month only $150 12 (1 hour) sessions. Then a flat rate of $385 per month for 12 (1 hour) sessions per month. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client consult is the first step. Let’s talk about your goals. All clients have different fitness goals which require different planing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learned to train since freshman high school. I always had a personal trainer/strength conditioning coach throughout football and rugby years from high school to college. I do CrossFit 2-3 days a week with strength training 4 days a week
