- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Shaped by Sarah, we go over all package options in person after your free workout session, so I can recommend what fits your goals and schedule. Pricing typically ranges from $25-$60 per session, depending on the type of package you’re looking for. There’s no pressure, it’s all about finding the right fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I started every new client with a quick phone call to talk about your goals, challenges, and lifestyle. It’s a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a free in-person workout. This gives you a feel for my training style while I asses your movement, strength, and needs. During that session, we’ll also dive deeper into your goals so I can build a personalized plan that fits your body and your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Glute Specialist, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Stretcher. But beyond the certifications, so much of my knowledge has come from working closely with women, learning what works in real life, not just in theory.
