Messed up my TV mount myself , reached out to G.A , he came in and fixed my mistake and mounted it quickly and with no known issues. Only problem I had was they drilled holes and the dust fell and they didn’t clean it lol, but I mean that’s not that big of a deal. Overall very professional, quick, and knowledgeable !
